• Age groups are determined by current GRADE LEVEL in school
• Season: November 30th-February 5th; Winter Break Holidays- Monday, December 21st-Friday, January 1st- NO PRACTICE.
• All Practices are held at Del Amigo Swim Club: 601 Glen Road; Danville 94526
• The Conditioning will consist of both water polo and swimming drills, sets, etc.

High School Conditioning Program
